Arrival day. Settle in, unload, and ease into the weekend in Gibsons.

A relaxed morning, then the main setup block, a quick rehearsal, and a barbecue.

Hiking, kayaking, kite surfing, shopping, or beach time with croquet.

The big day. A slow morning, final setup, getting ready, and the ceremony at 5:00pm.

Flowers and petals

  • Identify any ceremony flowers to reuse afterward.

3:30–4:15pm

Everyone dresses / pre-ceremony photos

Anna keeps getting-ready timing. Everyone except Georgina, Anna, Elizabeth, Fiona, and Alexandra heads to Linwood House at 4:30. No couple portraits before the ceremony unless the plan changes.

3:30–4:30pm

Drinks and bar

  • Erin starts making drinks around 3:00pm.
  • Bob puts out drinks and ice around 4:00pm.
  • Keep water, sparkling water, mocktails, and non-alcoholic options visible.
  • Monitor drinks through dinner.

4:30–4:45pm

Guest arrival + house clear

  • Welcome guests at 4:30 and direct them to the ceremony area.
  • Make sure everyone is seated by 4:45.
  • Confirm everyone is completely out of the house by 4:45 so nobody sees Georgina in her dress.
  • Keep the aisle clear.
  • Remind guests that phones stay indoors.

4:45–5:00pm

Processional staging

The ceremony group lines up, music is ready, and Conor has the rings.

August 9th

One last breakfast, then a calm cleanup and departures before 11:00am checkout.

  • Lead the property sweep before 11:00am checkout.
  • Check bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, fridge/freezer, cars, and every event area.
  • Save cards, gifts, guest notes, bouquet, dress, and jewelry first.
